I appreciate your business. So that I can best serve all of my clients, please be advised of the following policies:

Arrival Time

Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked services; if your service is shortened due to late arrival, you may still be charged for the full cost.

Changing your Appointment

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancelations. This will enable me to assist other clients who may be in need of an appointment. In the event that 24 hours' notice is not given, a fee of $25 (or 50% if the scheduled service is less than $25) will be applied, and this fee must be settled before your next appointment. You have the option to receive an invoice or have the charge billed to the card on file. I understand that emergencies can occur, so please notify me promptly if this is the case, and we will work together to find a solution.

Spa Environment

For consideration of all clients, please silence cell phones. Also, for your relaxation and comfort, please remove jewelry and smart watches. Children are welcome with a scheduled appointment. However, I do request that children do not accompany you for your service. This is a time for you to relax.
